Parajanov Club House
The first clubhouse residential building in Armenia.
Clubhouse is an impressive example of modern urban development, offering various facilities for residents’ leisure and entertainment under one roof.
Here, the Reezalt team was responsible for developing the brand, name, and visual identity of the complex. Parajanov, a name that is definitely familiar to anyone who appreciates creativity and art.
The name “Parajanov” was chosen because of the location’s proximity to the house-museum of the renowned artist Sergey Parajanov.
Parajanov’s extensive and diverse creative legacy served as a source of inspiration for the logo, which features fragments of houses united to form a complete collage, reminiscent of Parajanov’s glass mosaics and collages.
